NSW: Final marks final test event for Games

SYDNEY, Aug 27 AAP - The NRL grand final today marked the final test event for Sydney
Olympics organisers.

More than 67,000 people travelled by public transport to the Olympic Stadium at Homebush
Bay for the game, three quarters of them by train, according to the Sydney Organising
Committee for the Olympic Games (SOCOG).

Almost four million people have travelled to the Olympic site by public transport for
17 test events in all.
